I have always loved any kind of baked goods, but it hasn't been till recently that you will find me in my tiny kitchen scheming what I will be making next. I am a collage student and for now my major is baking and pastry arts but I will also be getting a photography degree (at lease I am hoping to get both).
Last winter I was diagnosed pre-diabetic. Being around amazing desserts, and meals all day at school, it has been pretty tough to adjust. My goal quickly switched to trying to make AMAZING desserts that a not only sugar free but taste amazing. Everyone deserves that slice of pie after a great dinner. Even though I love baking and have no desire to be an actual food chef, I love cooking too. I hope to share the best of both my classroom techniques and new recipes.
